The Bucket in the Well
The man and woman embrace closely after penetration, then the man
moves once and slightly draws back; the woman now moves and withdraws in her
turn, and so on alternately. They should take care to place their hands
and feet against each other's and imitate, as best they can, the descent
of a bucket in a well.
